5 Important questions to ask yourself about your progress

You have taken time to start working on your fitness or your business plan or even just wanting to get your lifestyle organized. Whatever it is, having a plan is great, however have you actually taken the time to sit down and evaluate your progress?

Taking the time to evaluate your progress is a very important step to keep you on track with goals as well to ensure you are not on a path to frustration and burn out. As important as this step is, most of the time we overlook this and don’t take the time to do it.

Now is the time to do it!

Pick a time that is convenient for you with no distraction. Book off time in your schedule if you need to. Writing in a notebook/journal when reflecting is a great way to step away from the outside world to concentrate. If you like apps to document your thoughts, put your phone on airplane mode, reduce those distractions.

Now that you have the perfect environment to reflect, let’s start thinking about those goals!
